ABOUT


Molly’s style of teaching is designed to help students understand their bodies by using encouragement and gentleness to coax you into a place of ease within your body. She’s an E-RYT, CPR certified, and worked in an array of different environments from fitness centers and gyms to correctional facilities, schools, and corporate environments. Her expertise is in vinyasa, with influences from yin, hatha, Anusara, Iyengar and Bowspring. She's been teaching vinyasa yoga for 15 years and practicing for over 20. Her sequencing is also informed by her 10 years as a competitive dancer while growing up!

When she's not teaching, you can find her with her dog in the woods, surfing or traveling. She's lived in Charleston for 9 years and doesn't have any plans to change cities anytime soon.
